Return Policy
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Certain items, such as personalized products or perishable goods, may not be eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
- Fill out the return form included with your order.
- Package the item securely and attach the provided return label.
- Drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Certain items, such as final sale items, cannot be returned. For a full list of non-returnable items, please refer to our return policy page.
